The clients brief was to convert 50 existing Caltex facilities into an Afric Oil branded facility within 6 months. Each site had to be audited to establish the level of brand intervention, drawing and specification documentation prepared and finally constructed with in a limited time frame.

Sasol Vereeniging, Gauteng, South Africa
Sasol’s main petroleum production plant is situated in Vereeniging where this development was envisaged. The clients brief was to develop a ‘pilot’ site for the new Brand Identity. This pilot site consisting of the standard petrol forecourt but with a convenience store something not associated with fuel stations.
Valcania South Mini Factories
The clients brief for individual low maintenance and easy to construct structures are realised into 12 building units. Each unit allows for the possibility of subdivision from a small 300m2 mini warehouse to a 600m2 full mini-factory / warehouse unit. The sides and rear of the warehouse building remain conventional with steel sheet cladding and the office component finished in semi-face bricks. Aluminium windows and galvanised roller shutter doors complete this easy to maintain and use facility
