Audi Claremont Terminal, Cape Town

The second Audi Calarment dealership undertaken by Alchemy and the relocation to a new site for the owners. Alchemy Architects originally converted the existing historical Claremont Hotel in 2006 into the SEAT vehicle showroom with the hotel rooms above converted in the dealerships offices. Alchemy Architects were commissioned as Project Architects on this project in 2011. The building was formally handed completed and handover in May 2014.

Audi Centre Hatfield Terminal, pretoria

This Audi building designed by Alchemy Architects was the first Audi terminal concept showroom in South Africa. Another first in having showrooms stacked above oneanother on a small parcel of land. Commissioned in 2006 and completed in 2009. Alchemy Architects received the first prize award for the Best Showroom Architectural Award in 2010

Audi Rivonia Terminal, Johannesburg

Audi Centre Rivonia is the largest Audi dealership in South Africa and the flagship for my client’s motor dealership group. With a total of 10,268m² split over 6 levels, this facility houses all the typical motor dealership departments, new vehicle showroom, used vehicle showroom, service, workshop, parts store and finance and investment, wash bays and parking all under one roof. Alchemy Architects were commissioned in 2012 and the project completed in May 2013.

MAN Truck Centre, Willow Park Manor, Pretoria

Alchemy were commissioned as Project Architects in 2013. The project was completed in 2015.

Volkswagen Bryanston, Johannesburg

Alchemy were commissioned as Project Architects in 2014. The project was completed in 2016.

Volkswagen Hatfield, Pretoria

Alchemy were commissioned as Project Architects in 2013. The project was completed in 2015. The original phase of the building completed in 1998 won the Architectural Structural Steel Awards in 1999 and was a finalist in the Dulux Colour Awards 1999.

Audi & Volkswagen Paarl, Paarl

Alchemy were commissioned as Project Architects in 2014. The project was completed in 2017.
