Amazonas apartments, Morningside, Sandton

Inspired by the tropical rainforest of South America, Amazonas in Morningside was envisaged as a tropical oasis within the Sandton CBD. It is an eleven story luxury apartment complex where the developers brief was for a low maintenance easy life style experience with large easy flowing interiors to all apartment options including two deluxe double story penthouse suites. Featured in Habitat, Home Owner and Building Africa Magazines. This project was a finalist in the Concrete Institute Awards 2005

Dunning Ave, Roseberry

A multi-residential housing development consisting of 54 terrace styled houses split to face either Dunning Avenue or Salisbury Lane above private basement parking with a total building area of 6,572m². Project undertaken whilst employed at CP-JPRA

Hatfield Towers, Pretoria

This 30 storey, 100m high building project was envisaged as the new landmark for Hatfield. A symbolic building, easily recognized as the gateway to the Gautrain with Hatfield train station opening one block away in 2011. The development was conceived as a multi-use complex allowing ground floor retail to be linked horizontally with the adjoining properties. The complex included below grade parking for tenant, customer and residential unit owners. Ground floor retail, restaurant space with a further two floors adjoining a triple volume internal atrium offering a fitness centre and sky lit swimming pool overlooking the roof terrace give way to offices above.

Metro Towers Apartments, Sydney

Commissioned in 2020, master planning for this proposed mixed use development is currently in its initial conceptual design stage. The project brief and over-all design scheme is envisaged consisting of retail and offices to a podium base level, a hotel and conferencing venue tower and 8 residential apartments towers, each with its own distinct design but with complementing features.
